Option B - September morning session

This workshop will give you the confidence to navigate difficult conversations and increase your skills of influence and persuasion.

This three-hour interactive workshop will be delivered in person and includes components of Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and aspects of stress biology, to help you confidently address all situations with poise.

Learning Outcomes

• Understanding of the nuanced components of difficult conversations

• Identifying the impact of stress hormones on the communication process

• Displaying advanced listening and empathy skills using the Emotions Matrix

• Applying OUAA to quickly deescalate situations and/or build rapport

• Reframing conflict and going above the line

Who should attend: 

The workshop is tailored for ALL staff in schools and Catholic Education Office staff, including receptionists, administrators, registrars, intake officers, teachers and leaders.

$350 per participant (an invoice will be sent to your school from the CEO around 4 September 2026)
